Quotations
Our quotations are concise and itemised, enabling easier comparisons and break ups to assist claims processing. Quotations are provided free of charge except for country travelling costs.
Reports
A report is only provided on request. Reports contain descriptive information about the claim, the resulting damage, the cause of the damage, scope of works, client comments, maintenance issues and a conclusion. Reports cost $55 plus GST plus country travelling costs. (See country for details)
Country
Country costs occur if the job is outside a 50 kilometre radius of a GPO in any city or town where a Construct Services office exists.
These vary per claim.

Construct provides a 24 hour / 7 day per week after-hours emergency & temporary repair service.
